why wont my ball python shed?

My bp never sheds completely. the temp and humidity is perfect in his tank and i tried bathing him in warm water and even feeding him slightly larger mice. he still starts to shed but parts of him dont shed all the way. he is plenty hidrated so whats the deal????

Breeds and species of Ball Python?

I know like many other snakes, there are different breeds and species. Like the Milk Snake, there is the Honduran Milk Snake, the Red Milk Snake, etc. So is there any different types of Ball Pythons or are they all one species in the Python family?
